This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may and may not do when using FindIt-ListIt. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by this policy. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

You may use FindIt-ListIt to:

  • Create, manage, and publish legitimate product listings on supported marketplaces
  • Use the tools and features provided within the limits of your subscription plan
  • Access and manage your account data

2. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use FindIt-ListIt to:

  • List counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited items
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected marketplace (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace)
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our platform using automated tools without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of our software
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account access to any other person
  • Circumvent subscription limits or attempt to access features not included in your plan
  • Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Impersonate another person, business, or entity
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of harassment
  • Use the service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems or services

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each subscription is for use by one individual user. Sharing account credentials with others is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Marketplace Compliance

When using FindIt-ListIt to create listings on third-party marketplaces, you are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with:

  • The marketplace's own terms of service and listing policies
  • All applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations
  • Export and import regulations where applicable

5. Consequences of Violations

FindIt-ListIt reserves the right to, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Report violations to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Account termination due to policy violations does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any misuse of the FindIt-ListIt platform, please report it to us at support@findit-listit.com. We take abuse reports seriously and investigate all credible reports.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of FindIt-ListIt after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
