Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for FindIt-ListIt subscriptions. Please read it carefully before purchasing. FindIt-ListIt is a digital subscription service — we do not sell physical goods.
1. No Refunds for Current Billing Period
All subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period already in progress. When you subscribe to a FindIt-ListIt plan, you are purchasing access to the service for that billing cycle (monthly or annual). We do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period that has already started.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no hoops to jump through — one click and you're done. When you cancel:
- Your account remains active with full access to all paid features through the end of the current billing period.
- Your subscription will not auto-renew, and you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan (if available) or deactivate.
3. Accidental Sign-Up Grace Period
If you believe you were charged in error or signed up unintentionally, contact us within 3 days of the charge at support@findit-listit.com. We will review your request and, if valid, issue a full refund. Requests submitted after 3 days will be handled at our discretion.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved, it will be:
- Processed to your original payment method
- Issued within 7 business days of approval
- Confirmed via email once processed
You will not incur any fees as a result of a refund.
5. Exceptions — Refund Denial
We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases involving:
- Fraudulent or dishonest behavior
- Refund abuse (repeated refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded
6. Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge that you believe is incorrect, please contact us directly at support@findit-listit.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of FindIt-ListIt constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
