FindIt-ListIt is a web-based application that helps users find and list items for sale across online marketplaces. Our platform provides tools for listing management, search, categorization, and related productivity features. Access to full functionality requires a paid subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use FindIt-ListIt, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@findit-listit.com

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.

4. Subscription and Payment

FindIt-ListIt offers subscription-based access to its platform. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • If a payment fails, your access to premium features may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

5. Promotions and Offers

From time to time, FindIt-ListIt may offer promotional pricing, free trials, or discount codes. These promotions are subject to the following terms:

  • Free trials are available to new users only. One free trial per person or household.
  • Promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • FindIt-ListIt reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without notice.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to access and use FindIt-ListIt immediately ceases.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you via email. Your continued use of FindIt-ListIt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.
